Hi, I'm Lucy Holmes, a passionate postpartum Doula based on the beautiful Central Coast. I live with my wonderful husband, Matthew and our beautiful son, Thomas. Of course, our family wouldn’t be complete without our two Golden Retrievers, Charlie and Lola.

I've always had a keen interest in birth and women's health, even before experiencing it firsthand. My journey into the world of Doulas truly began after going through my own pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period. This experience deepened my understanding and commitment to providing the support that every woman deserves during these transformative times.

With a background in the NSW Police, I've always been dedicated to serving and caring for people. Now, I channel that dedication into supporting women through their postpartum journeys, ensuring they feel empowered and cared for every step of the way. Whether it's listening to your story, offering a helping hand, or simply being there for you, I strive to make this journey as comforting as possible for you and your family.
